When there are 2 sharps at the start of a tune that means your playing in the key of D and when you see a "C" you will play a C#. Probably 90% of the songs and tunes you will learn to play will be in either the key of G or D. So do your best to understand this concept it's an important one to keep in mind ever time you learn a new tune.
Good Job! Only one more note to go and you will know all of the first octave notes.
